Ticket Orders
Dance Recital Ticketing will be hosting our Ticket Sales. There are two ways to purchase your tickets. Prior to the performance, tickets will be sold ONLINE ONLY . On the day of the performances, the box office at Lincoln University will be open for purchases. Dance Recital Ticketing will make purchasing your tickets easier and more convenient. Ticket purchasing is open 24 hours. All seats will still be reserved but can be purchased at your convenience by going to our ticketing website: Dance Recital Ticketing. Tickets will go on sale Friday May 1, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. For your convenience, tickets are printable at the time of purchase. An interactive map of the theatre will be shown on the site to select your seats. Handicapped seating will be marked clearly. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted .
Recital Costumes
Costumes will be distributed when all outstanding balances for the season (including tuition) are paid in full. All balances are due May 1, 2026.
Costume Pick Up Day at Longwood Performing Arts: Saturday May 2, 2025 from 9 am - 1 pm
We've been working hard altering, steaming and organizing costumes so your dancer can look as great as she/he feels! We'll be distributing costumes in either a 'drive - through" or stop in the lobby process:
Drive- thru pick up: When you arrive, please call the studio at (610) 444 - 6144 and let us know last name and car model. LPA personnel will place costumes in your trunk, please have it open .
Studio Lobby pick up: Check in at the Lobby desk and LPA personnel will retrieve your costumes for you.
Recital Photos
Individual recital Photos will be taken May 11, 12, 13, and 14, 2026 at Longwood Performing Arts. If interested you have the option to sign up for a photo time slot on the BAND app and purchase photos. Please see attached order form for more information.
Dress Rehearsals
Dress Rehearsals will be held at Longwood Performing Arts and Lincoln University. Participation in the dress rehearsal is mandatory. We do our best to run an organized and timely dress rehearsal. Please arrive at the time designated for your class(es) on the Dress Rehearsal Schedule. Please allow one hour from the time your child is scheduled to dance for corrections and several run - throughs. Bring all dance shoes, make - up/hair accessories and costumes in a separate bag. 1 Parent per dancer will be permitted to attend Dress Rehearsals at Longwood Performing Arts and Lincoln University.
Performances will be held at the International Cultural Center at Lincoln University: 1570 Baltimore Pike, Lincoln University PA 19352. All students must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. This will allow ample time for the students to get prepared for the performance and for the audience to get seated.
Flower Orders
