Tuition and Fees
Registration
A non-refundable $25.00 registration fee per student is required at the time of enrollment. This fee will reserve the student's placement in a class. There is no registration fee required for Summer Session or Summer Camps.
Miscellaneous Fees- Late Fees and Returned Check Fees
If payment is not received by the 15th of the month a non-negotiable $10.00 late fee will be automatically applied to your account. Delinquent accounts will be sent an invoice by mail. There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
Family Discount
A 10% discount is given to the second student in the family. This discount will be applied to their total tuition amount per month. The student with the greater length of class time will pay the regular tuition rate and the discount will be given to the student with the shorter total class time. Discounts are only available on tuition.

The following is a list of total class length and tuition per student. Tuition is based on each student's total class length per week.

1 Hour and 30 Min. $22.00 Dance Card- 10 Classes $175.00Tuition is paid on a monthly basis. Payments are due by the 10th of each month. The monthly plan includes nine (9) monthly payments, from September through May. The first monthly payment is due at the time of registration. Monthly payments are divided into equal payments for lessons. Payments are the same each month regardless of absence, school closures, legal holidays, etc.. Tuition is based on the total amount of time per week for each student and averaged over a nine month period. A Tuition Box is located in the lobby. Teachers are not authorized to collect payments. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer an Automatic Payment System. Just fill out an automatic Payment Authorization Form and your credit card will automatically be charged. There is no charge for this service. Please make all checks payable to Longwood Performing Arts. You can either mail your payment to the studio or drop it off in our tuition box located in the lobby of the studio. You are responsible for making your monthly payments. We do not send bills on a regular monthly basis. All delinquent accounts will be charged a late fee and billed by email.
