Registration
A non-refundable $25.00 registration fee per student is required at the time of enrollment. This fee will reserve the student’s placement in a class. There is no Registration Fee required for the Summer session or the Summer Camps.
Tuition
Tuition is paid on a monthly basis. Payments are due by the 10th of each month. The monthly plan includes nine (9) payments, from September through May. The first monthly payment is due at the time of Registration. Monthly tuition is divided into equal payments for lessons. Payments are the same each month regardless of attendance, school closure, etc. Tuition is based on the total amount of time per week for each student. Please see the tuition schedule on the next page. If you would like to receive a coupon book for your tuition payments, please contact the front office or call 610-444-6144. A Tuition Box is located in the Lobby for your convenience. Teachers are not authorized to collect payments. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your convenience. Please make all checks payable to “Longwood Performing Arts”. You may either mail your payment to “Longwood Performing Arts” or drop it off in our tuition box located in the lobby of the studio. You are responsible for making your monthly payments. We do not bill accounts on a regular basis.
Miscellaneous Fees: Late Fees and Returned Check Fees if payment is not received by the 15th of the month a non-negotiable $10.00 Late Fee will be automatically applied to your account. Delinquent accounts will be sent an invoice by mail. There will be a $ 32.00 fee for all returned checks.
Family Discount: A 10% discount is given to the second student in the family. This discount will be applied to their total tuition amount per month. The student with the greater length of class time will pay the regular tuition rate and the discount is given to the student with the shorter total class time. Discounts are only available on tuition.
